12 lead computerized ECG will help in diagnosis of early changes if any. It is basic but most important & simple test in identifying major cardiac issues. - 2 d echocardiography & color Doppler
Major non- invasive test that gives detailed information regarding heart pumping, valves & heart functioning. - Stress test/TMT
Patient having normal baseline ECG but symptoms of heart disease stress test help in identifying blockage in heart vessels. - Angiography
Patients having confirmatory changes in above test with co-relating symptoms needs coronary angiography as definitive test to look for heart blockages.
